My Sleeping Pattern

During these past couple of months my sleeping pattern has taken a turn for the worst. I find my self going to bed at around 4:00am, and waking up nearly 12 hours later. Since I am a uni student, this is not good at all.
Does anyone have any suggestion about how I can change my sleeping pattern?
Thanks :>

  1. I feel your pain, my sleeping pattern is about 2am at the moment and waking up anywhere between 10am-12pm

  2. Yeah, exercise your ass off during the day. By the end of the day (10pm-12pm), if you do it right, you'll be completely ready for bed.

I had horrible sleep issues for years, where I'd stay up super late and sleep in as late as possible. The cure really was getting a lot of exercise and tiring myself out during the day. It took A LOT of exercise, though. Now I sleep better and I'm in better shape.

  3. Every once and a while when my sleeping pattern gets screwed, I do 24 hours no sleep then Go to bed at like 10pm. It's probably not the healthiest thing to do and I know it doesn't work for everybody, but its helped me quit a bit in the past.

Also, make sure to try and get natural morning light into the room, I find it gets me awake faster and more gentle. I lack this in my current room and definitely notice the difference.

  5. try not to go to bed at 4AM, instead, do something to keep you awake. Then live your life until 10PM, then go to bed. Don't forget to put an alarm at 7AM.
    There you go!

    F/S!
